Namaste! I am Reema, and my life’s philosophy revolves around embracing the transformative power of yoga. With years of dedicated practice, I have honed my expertise in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga, each style offering unique pathways to self-awareness and inner harmony.

Having been a student of the Sivananda School of Yoga, I wholeheartedly embrace their philosophy and techniques. The school’s emphasis on proper exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet, and positive thinking has had a profound impact on my perspective in life. It has taught me the art of finding inner peace amidst life’s challenges, and the importance of compassion, both towards myself and others.

My mission is to share the transformative benefits of yoga with others, guiding them towards a healthier, happier life. Through my classes, I aim to empower individuals to embark on their own journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I believe that yoga has the power to not only strengthen the body but also heal the mind and uplift the spirit, ultimately fostering a profound sense of inner peace and balance.
